Daiki Suzuki created Engineered Garments in NYC in 1999. We introduced the collection in our store in 2003 and have been stocking their beautifully constructed garments ever since. Daiki’s has a great respect for the past but a strong desire to create something relative for today. His design along with EG’s fantastic production produces a truly unique garment.

Navy/Brown Heavy Wool Plaid SAS Jacket

The original “SAS SMOCK” was issued to the British Special Forces, SAS (Special Air Service) , SBS (Special Boat Service) and the SOE (Special Operation Executive) in the early 40s and was a pull–over your head coat that featured two large pleated chest pockets along with two lower large bellow pockets, a drawstring hood, hem and waist. Manufactured in a printed brown and and green splintered camouflage wind proof fabric and oversized in shape for obvious practical reasons. During the later years of the war it was also the garment of choice for many snipers from regular British regiments

Postage within the UK is £8.00 and will be provided by DHL EXPRESS – a fully tracked next business day service. If we receive your order by 12.00pm Monday – Friday, we will get it to you next business day. If you order after 12.00pm on Friday then your order will leave on the following Monday.
