A Vontade draws it’s inspiration from the utilitarian aspects of classic US and European Military, workwear and sportswear items. With meticulous attention paid to the smallest details they strive to create a garment that still has worth and relevance with the passing of time and developing still greater character with wear. Designed by Kazuyuki Yamakawa and always made in Japan.

Ecru Marine Compact Half Zip Polo

This work shirt is designed based on the work shirts of the 1940s.

This is a classic shirt jacket in seasonal fabric, designed based on the model adopted by the US military during the Vietnam War in the 60s and 70s. The material is 8oz denim. It has been finished with a faded finish to give it a worn–in look. A feature not found in the original is the barrel sleeves with cuffs. There are adjustment tabs on the sides of the hem to add variety to the silhouette, and there are studs under the arms to ensure breathability.

Postage within the UK is £8.00 and will be provided by DHL EXPRESS – a fully tracked next business day service. If we receive your order by 12.00pm Monday – Friday, we will get it to you next business day. If you order after 12.00pm on Friday then your order will leave on the following Monday.
