Orslow was created by Ichiro Nakatsu in 2005. His reference point is the military and workwear of the late 19th and the 20th century. His desire is to create and craft a product that breathes the warmth and attention that goes into the slow consideration off his production. The quality and character of the past but for today and tomorrow.

Indigo 9oz Original Selvedge 1940s Coverall (Lot–6150)

 

This model is inspired by the simplified and straightforward design of coveralls from the 1940s wartime era. Drawing inspiration from that era, the design features a reduced number of pockets and stitches, as well as Laurel buttons that were standardized across various workwear brands.The simplicity of the design fulfills the essential needs of workwear, providing functionality without unnecessary frills. The third buttonhole from the top is specifically intended for attaching a chain that holds a pocket watch, as it was a prevalent accessory during that time.Incorporating details from the 1940s, this versatile piece can be easily styled for various occasions. It is crafted from the original 9–ounce selvedge denim, allowing you to develop a fondness for it as you wear and wash it, experiencing the gradual aging and changes over time.
