Although established in 1979 by Shigeharu Tagakiand it wasn’t until 1986 that Studio D’Artisan created it’s iconic DO–1 Jean. Having worked previously in France, SDA takes it inspiration from a French perspective on Americana and through their own production always looking to push beyond the original. A vanguard product with the soul of Made in Japan.

Combining the “atushi” pattern from the indigenous Ainu people of Japan and the Native American blanket from the United States, SDA, have created an original blanket with a design that fuses the different cultures of Japan and Native America. The fabric was created based on a vintage blanket, and while the material is thick and very firm, it is soft and comfortable to wear. Shirt style jacket with side pockets.

Postage within the UK is £8.00 and will be provided by DHL EXPRESS – a fully tracked next business day service. If we receive your order by 12.00pm Monday – Friday, we will get it to you next business day. If you order after 12.00pm on Friday then your order will leave on the following Monday.
